You start the conversation in Discord: cold outbound, warm inbound, or both. Qualify the person, get them booked onto a call, then hand off. Once it's on the calendar, a closer takes it from there.

Some setters only run outbound. Some only work inbound replies. Some run the whole DM job end to end. You choose the scope, and the more of it you own, the more you make.
